We are looking for a Full-Stack Web3 + AI Engineer to build the next generation of decentralized and AI-driven applications. This role sits at the intersection of blockchain, machine learning, and applied AI. You will work directly with CEO Julien Bouteloup on high-impact initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Design and build full-stack Web3 applications that integrate blockchain protocols, smart contracts, backend systems, and user interfaces
  • Embed AI and machine learning models across the stack to enhance automation, intelligence, security, and decision-making (examples include AI-powered monitoring, predictive analytics, trading, or user experience personalization)
  • Develop APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures that support both blockchain data and AI workloads
  • Collaborate directly with Julien Bouteloup to prototype, test, and deploy AI-powered DeFi and infrastructure products
  • Work with smart contract engineers to integrate and abstract on-chain logic into backend and frontend services
  • Ensure robust, secure, and scalable architectures with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native infrastructure
  • Explore, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge AI models (LLMs, autonomous agents, reinforcement learning) into production systems
  • Contribute to open-source projects and the Stake Capital ecosystem

Who You Are

Must-have skills and experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development (frontend and backend)
  • Strong proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript (Node.js, React, Next.js, or similar)
  • Backend experience in Node.js, Go, or Rust
  • Hands-on experience with EVM-compatible chains and web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js)
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or Hugging Face
  • Understanding of integrating LLMs and AI agents into production systems
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, event-driven architectures, and databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
  • Cloud infrastructure and DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD)
  • Strong security mindset, especially when handling blockchain keys, wallets, and sensitive data
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental environments with direct access to decision-makers

Bonus skills:

  • Experience with The Graph, custom blockchain indexing, or zk/rollup technologies
  • Knowledge of DeFi primitives (AMMs, lending protocols, perpetuals, liquidations, arbitrage strategies)
  • Previous contributions to AI-crypto or open-source Web3 projects
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning applied to finance or trading strategies
